Covid-19’s arrival shocked supply chains around the world. And, it’s not going away. Operating from a perspective that Covid-19 will continue to impact supply chain logistics for the next 5+ years, we’d like to collect, collate, draw conclusions from, and share thoughts about, the collective experiences of small-medium U.S. manufacturer’s supply chains during Covid-19. And use those experiences toward future preparedness.

And we’re willing to share our findings with those who take the time to complete our survey.
